Editorial & Corrections Policy

IVA distinguishes research, editorial judgment, and release authority even when one person holds more than one role. Publications are reviewed for source support, rights, status, accessibility, metadata, and release conditions before public publication.

Corrections and versions

Typographic and link errors may be corrected in place. Factual, methodological, or argumentative changes receive a dated change note and a new version. Original publication dates remain stable; material revisions add a modified date. Superseded work remains accessible with a clear successor link when appropriate.

Withdrawal

If a work must be withdrawn because of a material issue, IVA will normally retain a public record of the title, date, and reason unless legal, privacy, confidentiality, or safety constraints require a narrower response.
